Cancellation Policy
For a full refund cancellations must be made at least 7 days to the scheduled transfer or tour date.
Refund requests within 7 days of transfer 50% of the total amount will be refunded due to that driver is scheduled and will receive salary in compliance with Swedish union laws.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation made within 24 hours.
Money Refund
Please note that delays due to weather and road conditions are a natural occurrence in the area and therefore ETD & ETA can not be guaranteed. No refund will be given is case of delays due to force majeure.
