Kiruna Transfers acts as a personal data controller and collects and processes information about website usage as well as information that visitors enter in forms. Our endeavor is to comply with the EU’s data protection regulation GDPR and process all personal data with the highest integrity and security.
By following this policy, Kiruna Transfers strives to protect your privacy and offer transparent and secure handling of your personal data.
General rules of booking
– All transfers A to B are priced per distance – don’t use hourly rates
– Bookings must be confirmed by office
– Airport pickups. Driver will meet with sign
– Airport pickups. We follow flight radar and adjust pickup time accordanly
– All bookings must be paid in advance via our secure payment gate
– Reservations without payment will be automatically cancelled
Cancellation policy
Reservation 100% of total price paid X Sek when booking and  payment in full. For 100% refund cancellation must occur before 7 days of transfer/ tour date. For 50% refund cancellation must occur before 48 hours of transfer/tour date. Cancellation within 48 hours of transfer/tour date – no refund will be given.
Money Refund - Delays
Please note that delays due to weather and road conditions are a natural occurrence in the area and therefore ETD & ETA can not be guaranteed. No refund will be given is case of delays due to force majeure.
Secure payments
All your online payments are made via Stripe & PayPals secure, encrypted connection. We don’t store any details.
